Shipping & returns
How your piece reaches you, and what happens if it is not right.
Last updated August 2026
Insured delivery
Every order ships fully insured for its declared value and requires an adult signature on delivery. We do not authorise packages to be left unattended, and we cannot ship to a PO box.
- Orders are dispatched from our Manhattan premises.
- Packaging is deliberately discreet and carries no branding indicating the contents.
- You will receive tracking as soon as the piece leaves us.
Rates and timescales
- Free shipping on orders over $100.
- Standard shipping $15 — estimated 7–14 days.
- Express shipping $50 — estimated 3–5 days.
- Rates are calculated at checkout from your destination and the order value.
Before dispatch
High-value pieces are inspected and photographed again immediately before packing. If a watch needs regulating or a bracelet needs sizing before it goes out, we will contact you first — this can add a few days, and we would rather it left correct than fast.
International orders
- We ship to most destinations. Enquire first if you are unsure about yours.
- Any duties, import taxes or customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price or shipping cost.
- Customs inspection can extend delivery times beyond our estimates. We cannot influence this.
Returns
If a piece is not right, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange its return. It must come back in the condition it left us — unworn, unaltered, and with all boxes, papers and accessories supplied.
- Return shipping is arranged by us and must be fully insured; we will send instructions rather than have you post it yourself.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the piece has been received and inspected.
- Items altered at your request — bracelet links removed and discarded, engraving, resizing — cannot be returned, as they can no longer be sold as they were.
- Sale and bespoke commissions are final.
If something arrives damaged
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and keep all packaging. Insurance claims depend on the packaging being available for inspection, so please do not discard it until the matter is settled.
Buying a watch of this value unseen is a considerable act of trust. If you would rather view a piece in person before committing, you are welcome at the shop — and you are welcome to bring your own watchmaker.
